A slower paced, yet challenging class for those with prior yoga experience focusing on variations of poses for varying levels with attention to alignment and breath. You may find some flows in this class as well as movement and postures leading toward a main 'peak' pose.

Multi-Level Flow

A class including centering, breathing, poses and deep relaxation. Poses begin with warm-ups, then a flow for much of the class that gets increasingly more challenging, yet accessible by offering lots of modifications, ending with a nice cool down and savasana.

Barre Mat Fusion And Strength

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and creating fluid movement in the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

Pilates Mat Fusion

Fuse an upbeat cardio workout with full-body strength training during this high-energy class. Based on the movements of Joseph Pilates, this class will strengthen your core, lower back, inner and outer
thighs, glutes, and arms by using light weights, exercise bands, playground balls, and Pilates rings. Geared toward all levels, the movements are designed to strengthen one muscle while stretching another and ensures that you' ll never call a session “easy.”
